A waste management plan is established to identify the wastes generated as a result of the priority activity and to remove the wastes in a way that does not threaten the health of patients and employees.
In line with this plan, waste is tried to be minimized and recyclables are separated.
The non-recyclable wastes are delivered to the relevant institutions for disposal in accordance with the laws and regulations.
In this direction; in the hospital that is planned to be environment friendly, clean and wastewater is separated and used in garden irrigation thanks to the water treatment system.

We take all kinds of technical and administrative measures to ensure the necessary security measures for the protection of any personal data we receive from our patients.
This information is intended to inform our patients about the collection, processing, protection and sharing of all personal data within the scope of KVKK.
According to the Personal Data Protection Act No. 6698 (KVKK), your personal data will be processed by the hospital as the data responsible within the scope of this law.
Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as KVKK) was adopted on 24 March 2016 and published in the Official Gazette dated 7 April 2016 and numbered 29677. Some of the KVKK was published on that day, others published on 7 October 2016.

Personal and Other Data of Commercial Relations
(1) Personal data cannot be processed without the express consent of the person concerned.
(2) If one of the following conditions exists, it is possible to process personal data without the express consent of the person concerned:
a) To be explicitly foreseen by law.
b) It is compulsory for the protection of the life or body integrity of the person or someone else who is unable to disclose his or her consent due to the impossibility of the person or whose consent is not granted legal validity.
c) The processing of personal data of the parties to the contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract.
ç) Publication by the person concerned.
d) Data processing is mandatory for the establishment, use or protection of a right.

DUTY, AUTHORITY AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF CORPORATION’S QUALITY MANAGEMENT UNIT
- Ensures the coordination of the activities carried out within the framework of the SKS,

- It determines the performance and quality targets of the corporation by evaluating the corporation’s current situation in terms of efficiency, effectiveness, service quality of patient and employee safety. Plans, implements, controls the necessary studies in order to realize these targets and ensures that improvement works are carried out according to new situations,
- Manages the studies for measuring patient and employee satisfaction (such as survey applications, evaluation of survey results, improvement studies for survey results, receiving patient and employee feedback),
- Plans, provides and manages all necessary resources to improve patient care quality and patient and employee safety,
- Plans, provides and manages all necessary resources in order to improve the performance and quality of our hospital,
- Provides the management of documents within the framework of SKS,
- Determines the existing problems in the organization, prioritizes them and carries out process improvement works and manages the processes related to the Security Reporting System,
- Provides the establishment of an incentive mechanism to ensure the voluntary participation of the employees of the Agency in this activity,
- Provides communication and cooperation with Kayseri Health Directorate Quality Unit and other hospitals and public institutions regarding performance and quality management activities,
- Manages the risk management processes with the OHS Committee,
- Manages processes for quality indicators,
- Participates in the committees determined within the framework of the SKS and manages the meetings,
- The quality unit meets with the responsible persons every four months and determines the level they come from in the activity plans and makes new decisions according to the results and applies with the approval of the hospital manager.
